Hi! We're Mark & Jenny Stoner.
Long before we called Holden Beach home, it was the place our family came to slow down, reconnect, and make some of our most treasured memories. Like so many who discover this special stretch of coastline, we fell in love with its unhurried pace, natural beauty, and the feeling that life is just a little sweeter by the sea.
Our journey as hosts began in 2015 with the purchase of Keys in the Conch Shell, our first oceanfront home in a place that already held so many special memories for our family. As our love for hosting grew, so did our dream of sharing Holden Beach with others.
A few years later, we expanded that dream with the addition of Sunshine in My Soul. Together, these two special properties became the foundation of Holden Coast Collective—a collection of exceptional oceanfront homes where thoughtful details and genuine hospitality come together.
Today, we're fortunate to call Holden Beach home. Being local allows us to personally care for our properties, share the places and experiences we love, and welcome guests with the same warmth and attention we'd extend to family and friends.
One of our greatest joy is knowing that the homes we love have become part of the memories and traditions other families treasure.

What amenities can we expect during our stay?
Both of our oceanfront homes feature private pools, spacious gathering areas, beautifully appointed bedrooms, and private beach access. Beds are freshly made before your arrival, and our complimentary seasonal beach tent service (for 7 day bookings) allows you to enjoy the shoreline without the hassle of daily setup. Each property offers its own distinctive amenities, thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection.

Absolutely! Whether you're celebrating a milestone birthday, gathering for a multigenerational family vacation, or simply looking to make your getaway extraordinary, we're happy to help you explore options to elevate your stay. Are your homes suitable for multigenerational families and group getaways?
Yes! Our homes are designed with gathering in mind. Generous living spaces, multiple bedrooms, private pools, and direct beach access make them ideal for extended families, milestone celebrations, and getaways with friends. Sunshine in My Soul also features an elevator for convenient access between floors.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we want you to book your coastal getaway with confidence.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
30 days or more before arrival: Full refund (minus cc processing fees)
14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
(minus cc processing fees)
Less than 14 days before arrival: Non-refundable.
