This is our second year and it gets better each year! The owners are excellent with communication and are very quick to respond to questions!! They are kind and friendly as well!

The home is beautiful! They truly have thought if everything! The kitchen has everything you need (very well stocked) and the hosts have provided all you need to enjoy and relax at the pool and the beach. You truly only have to bring yourself, your clothes, and beach towels! That us HUGE when packing to come to the beach!

The home is lovely and helps you relax and enjoy your stay! Spending the extra money to heat the pool was a game saver for the Spring!!! We plan to choose this home again for our next Holden Beach vacation! Highly recommend Keys in the Conch Shell!

I truly cannot say enough about this property. We have stayed in several beach houses over the years, and this was, without question, our favorite.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is outstanding—it is truly beachfront, making going back and forth with kids incredibly easy.

The amenities were fantastic, with an amazing pool and hot tub, and the layout was perfect for two families traveling together, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.

Jenny was an exceptional host—responsive and easy to communicate with, although we barely needed to reach out because everything was so well prepared.

This home played a huge part in making our vacation so memorable. We made wonderful family memories there and genuinely hope to return year after year!”

Perfect for larger groups. Living room has plenty of seating, kitchen well stocked! After staying here we won’t be looking for anywhere else!

We had an amazing stay at Holden Beach! The home was very clean, beautifully updated inside, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. We especially loved the pool and the easy beach access — it made spending time in the sun and sand so convenient and enjoyable. The layout and atmosphere of the home made it easy to truly unwind and enjoy our vacation.

Great stay! House was beautiful just as described in listing. We loved the pool, hot tub, and direct access to the beach. When there were minor issues like a dead battery in an appliance, Jenny and Mark were incredibly responsive and quick to fix it. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house. Has everything you would need. I always take things that i think i will need, determined from many previous VRBO rentals. This is the first time that I did not need what i brought. Very well appointed.

Jenny was a wonderful host. She communicated perfectly - providing updates, needed information, as well as helpful local tips to help facilitate our stay. The home is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean! Our family had an amazing time enjoying the heated pool, playing on the beach with the grandkids, relaxing on the decks, watching sunrises and sunsets - would definitely love to stay here again!

We love the house and the fact that the beach is so close. The kids really enjoyed the pool too. Having a tent put up each day is a real plus.There are sand toys and beach chairs and pool floats. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We were fortunate to have great weather this year! The sunsets are spectacular!

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Even had a crockpot and a griddle! Perfectly clean and lots of comfortable seating for the decks, pool and beach! Also comfy beds!

What a wonderful oceanfront house! We have never rented a beach house that came so well-stocked with essentials for the week, such as beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and even ziplock bags. We appreciated how clean the house was on arrival (amazing that one gal can ready such a big house between guests), we loved the daily tent service, the well-appointed kitchen, a real coffee pot (not kuerig fans), the extra downstairs fridge, quality deck and pool furniture, and the deck and pool gates to safeguard the little ones. The kids loved the pool, especially on the days when there was rough ocean surf. Location is wonderful. Great owner communication. We will cherish the family memories from our week at Sunshine in My Soul.

We spent the week...multigenerational family of 16...the house was perfect, our host was incredibly attentive, Holden Beach was amazing. Loved the beach and the pool was great too!! We will come back!

Perfect for our three generation family gathering. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The new pool was a great place to hang out when not at the beach. The concierge tent service was a wonderful addition. 

Perfect home and location for large family! We had 4 generations staying together very comfortably. Already booked it for next year!

We go in a beach trip each year and this was one of the most well-appointed houses. Had all the needed kitchen gadgets etc! The host was great and very responsive!!

Our extended family spent a wonderful beach week celebrating Grandma’s 75th birthday at Holden Beach! We had ages 4-75 and the house and location were great. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out- adults spent evenings on the porch and kids used both tv rooms. Beach and pool were fantastic and the daily tent service was much appreciated. We did add another tent given our group size. The owner was super organized in communication and even helped us find a photographer to take pictures right at the house. Definitely recommend TAD Photography! We also took surf lessons from Holden Beach Surf Crew and rented a pontoon one day for intercostal fishing. We loved the house and would definitely recommend it!

Location on Holden Beach was perfect, near the causeway bridge but not too near to the traffic; beautiful view of the ocean from 2nd and 3rd floor porches; good sized pool; plenty of pool furniture and toys; great beach with daily tent set up service.

Our framily had a wonderful week together at Holden. We loved the proximity to the beach and the complimentary tent service provided each day. It made for a very relaxing week! We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, sand toys, beach chairs and pack n play available. Jenny was also responsive to any questions that we had! Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us! We will be back!
